Large cutting knife for fish with a narrow blade and saw-sharpening on the shoe to clean the scales. The 2 mm thick blade has straight slopes that form a thin, perfectly cutting blade. Classic shape of the handle is confidently and firmly in any palm. And the optimal size of the wardrobe prevents fingers from slipping off when cutting from themselves. Installation of the handle is through, indistinct. An excellent choice for cutting large fish.
Has good hardness of 60-62 HRC.
