Hand-forged Santoku kitchen knife. Refers to the category of universal knives or chef knife. Ideal for all products, including cutting meat (steaks, cutlets, etc.). This piece has a longer (150 mm) and narrower blade than the usual standard. All its components and parameters create a good weight balance, which provides convenience for both men and women.

The blade is made of 150Cr14 Carbon Steel, with a zone hardened working edge, which makes it strong and has a long lasting ability to hold the sharpening (Kirenaga).
Sharpening is a two-way. Installation of the blade is horsed blind Narrow Tang. The handle is made of apricot wood and artificial stone inserts. The shape of the handle: classic Japanese oval. Impregnated with tung oil to protect against water.
HEAT TREATMENT IS 58-60 HRC NEAR EDGE.
