Deba Kitchen Knife. Hand forged. Made in Japan. Restored blade and new handle! REBUILDING KNIFE!

This knife was used, it's no new! Made in Japan +- 1970/80.
The blade is Carbon Steel hand-forged. It's a two-ply "white paper" blade. The cutting blade and the inner side are made of Сarbon Steel. The outer side is made of Stainless Steel.
The blade is beveled on one side!!!
Note that the knife has been cleaned, has pitting scars, spotting, scratches, grind/use marks. It is quite sharp. After working keep it dry after use! Or it will rust.
- The handle is made of stabilized Maple Burl wood and Bog Oak (600 y.o.).
- Bolster is made of Damascus Steel.
- Sharpening is complete, the blade is very sharp.
