- The blade is made of Laminated Stainless steel 1.4125 (DIN Germany). HANDMADE STEEL BILLET WITH BEAUTIFUL PATTERN WITH 3 UNIQUE LAYERS OF STAINLESS STEEL. It is a very high quality and reliable steel, which keeps sharpening well as a result of professional heat treatment and hardening. The down and sharpening of the blade is done on both sides.
Patented blade technology with longitudinal milling to eliminate sticking of products.
- The handle is made of ACACIA BURL.
The shape of the handle is self designed. It is ergonomic and comfortable in the hand. Installation - narrowing tang.
- The bolster is made of brass and copper.
