Hand forged japanese style knife GYOTO. 
Author's work knife maker George Waugh, Single Copy 1\3 (France, 2023). 
The blade is hand-forged Stainless Damascus Steel + Carbon Steel 52100 (Centre) and keeps sharp for a long time.
The blade is beveled on two sides!
The handle is made of a Ebony Wood and Buffalo Horn. 
The shape of the handle: classic Japanese octahedron.
