This Gyuto kitchen knife is a rare example of the author's solution for the classic Gyuto knife.
It is a universal chef knife, with one-side sharpening and a shorter, wider blade. It's equally good for vegetables, fish and meat. The light weight of the blade provides maximum ease of use, which is suitable for both men and women.
The blade is made of hand forged steel, which makes it strong and has a long lasting ability to hold the sharpening (Kirenaga).
- The handle is made of White Maple and Black Hornbeam.
The shape of the handle is classic Japanese octahedron.
Installation of the blade is horsed deaf "Narrow Tang".
